# Get Support

> Learn how to create, monitor, and close support tickets in the FastFlowPe merchant dashboard to get assistance from the Client Resolution Team.

FastFlowPe includes a dedicated ticket management system, allowing you to reach the support team directly from your merchant dashboard. Every ticket is monitored by the Client Resolution Team, who work to resolve issues promptly. You can raise a new ticket with a full description and attachments, track its progress, and close it once your issue is resolved.

## Raise a Support Ticket

    Navigate to [https://go.fastflowpe.com/](https://go.fastflowpe.com/) and sign in with your merchant account credentials.

  <Step title="Navigate to Tickets">
    From the left sidebar, click **Help** and then select **Tickets** from the options that appear. You will be taken to your ticket centre.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create a new ticket">
    Click the blue **Create Ticket** button. A form will open for you to describe your issue.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Fill in the ticket form">
    Complete all relevant fields in the form:

    * **Ticket heading** — a brief title that summarises your issue
    * **Short description** — a one-line summary of the problem
    * **Long description** — a detailed explanation of the issue (maximum 250 words)
    * **Attachment** — upload a screenshot or supporting document to help the team understand the context

  <Step title="Submit your ticket">
    Submit the form. You will immediately receive a unique ticket code you can use to track the issue. A confirmation email is also automatically sent to your registered email address.

  Always attach a screenshot or document when raising a ticket. Visual context helps the Client Resolution Team diagnose and resolve your issue significantly faster.

  A confirmation email is sent automatically to your registered email address as soon as your ticket is successfully created. Check your inbox — including spam — if you don't see it within a few minutes.

## Manage Existing Tickets

Once you have raised a ticket, you can return to the ticket centre at any time to:

* **Monitor ticket status** — see whether your ticket is open, in progress, or resolved
* **Close a ticket** — mark the issue as resolved once the Client Resolution Team has addressed it to your satisfaction
